The Service is operated by PJ.R Group Inc., a Delaware corporation (“SLERV”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using SLERV, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.
SLERV is an AI-powered fashion and styling platform that provides personalized style recommendations, editorial advice, and looks based on user preferences and inputs. SLERV is designed as a creative and cultural styling tool, not a professional styling service. All recommendations are informational and inspirational in nature.
SLERV uses artificial intelligence to generate fashion recommendations, styling advice, and curated looks. Because this content is generated algorithmically: • Outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or subjective • Recommendations may not suit every user, body type, context, or situation • SLERV does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any recommendation Users remain solely responsible for how they interpret or act on any content generated by the Service.
SLERV does not provide professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to: • medical advice • psychological advice • body image counseling • financial advice • legal advice Any references to body shape, proportions, aesthetics, or confidence are provided strictly within a stylistic and editorial context.
To access certain features, users may be required to create an account. Users agree to: • provide accurate information • maintain the security of their account credentials • notify SLERV of unauthorized access You are responsible for all activity under your account.
SLERV may allow users to generate and share looks or other styling content. By sharing content publicly through SLERV, you grant SLERV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the Service. Users are responsible for ensuring that shared content does not violate: • copyright laws • trademark rights • privacy rights • applicable laws SLERV reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
You agree not to use SLERV to: • violate any law or regulation • infringe intellectual property rights • harass or harm others • attempt to reverse engineer the platform • interfere with the Service’s operation SLERV may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
All SLERV branding, technology, design, and platform features are owned by PJ.R Group Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.
SLERV may reference fashion brands, designers, or products for inspiration. SLERV is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands unless explicitly stated. SLERV is not responsible for: • product availability • product quality • pricing accuracy • sizing or fit Purchasing decisions remain the user’s responsibility.
SLERV may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PJ.R Group Inc. and SLERV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to: • financial loss • dissatisfaction with styling recommendations • decisions based on AI-generated advice Use of the Service is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PJ.R Group Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from: • your use of the Service • your violation of these Terms • content you share through SLERV
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
